In the EQEDD and EQEDD_v2 formats, the below checks exist:
•Warning: Sys_sample_code should exist in the database if RT_SAMPLE_TYPE.SAMPLE_CLASS is not 'LQ' based on sample_type_code.
•Warning: Sample_date and sys_loc_code must be the same in the database if RT_SAMPLE_TYPE.SAMPLE_CLASS is not 'LQ'.
These warnings appear as in the image below. The LabSample_v1 table will appear red, but if all other errors have been resolved, the data will commit to the database without issue. To suppress these warnings, edit the ST_CONFIG table as indicated below. When this entry exists, it will apply to both the EQEDD and EQEDD_v2 formats.
