Note: The EarthSoft Support Case Summary Report was deprecated in Build 7.22.2 due to the EarthSoft Support system transition in 2021. Contact EarthSoft Support regarding alternatives.

 

Description: The EarthSoft Support Case Summary Report generates the information of Case Number, Title, Date of Last Edit, and Status supported by EarthSoft. The report replaces the Client Access Widget in EQuIS Enterprise. Users need to obtain an access token to run the report.

 

Installation Instructions: This report assembly is part of the EQuIS Professional installation and requires a valid access token generated by EarthSoft. Contact support@earthsoft.com to request required access token.

 

Overview:
Users must obtain an access token to run the report.

 

Note: With some Windows display languages, the report may not return output. If no output is being returned, try running the report in EQuIS Enterprise. If the report does not appear in the Report Chooser, an EQuIS administrator must first publish the EarthSoft.Reports.Library.163692 report DLL from the EQuIS installation directory (typically C:\Program Files\EarthSoft\EQuIS or (for per-user installation) %localappdata%\Programs\EarthSoft\EQuIS\).
